Sr. Mary Kimario (3rd, 4th and 5th Grade)
"Hello, St. Rose Community! I am Sr. Mary Kimario and I am so happy to be part of St. Rose community as a classroom assistant in third, fourth and fifth grade. I am from Tanzania, East Africa. I earned my bachelor degree of history from the University of Portland. Then I joined Concordia University-Portland where I received my Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I am so grateful to have this opportunity to work as a classroom assistant at St. Rose School. In my free time I like walking, reading, praying and meditating. Thank you so much for allowing us to share our skills and knowledge with your children."
Nicole Kincaide (1st Grade)
"Hello St. Rose community! My name is Nicole Kincaide, and I am so happy to be returning for the 2021-2022 school year as a classroom assistant. I am looking forward to seeing the students bright and smiling faces, even if they are mask covered! I grew up in Petaluma, California and attended Warner Pacific University for my undergraduate degree. I love playing volleyball, reading, and camping on my free time!"
Vivian Ngo (2nd Grade)
"Hello, St. Rose community! My name is Vivian Ngo, and I am a part-time classroom aide assisting Ms. May in second grade. I am returning to St. Rose as part of the staff after graduating as a student from, then, Archbishop Howard School in 2016. I went on to attend St. Mary's Academy, and during my senior year, I was admitted to the pharmacy program at Oregon State University through an early assurance program. Since my virtual graduation from high school in 2020, I have been a fully remote college student and will be going into my second year this fall at Portland State University where I am completing my undergraduate coursework before matriculating to OSU to complete my doctorate in pharmacy. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to be back at St. Rose and look forward to seeing new and familiar faces this coming school year!"
Megan Nofziger (PreK)
"Hello St. Rose families! My name is Megan Nofziger, and I am the PreK classroom assistant. This is my fourth year working with the PreK class. I started volunteering eight years ago when my daughter, Victoria, started in Kindergarten. I fell in love with St. Rose from the beginning and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to work in a place that really values each of your children as a unique child of God."
